Jeff Miller
Jeff Miller is the Owner and President of Constructiv and DSI Construction. He is the visionary and driver behind Constructiv and has continued to build upon the strong foundation of DSI Construction which was established in 1979. Besides the serious task of running the business, Jeff is equally driven on the golf course.

Tracy Miller
Tracy Miller is the Owner and Treasurer/Secretary of Constructiv and DSI Construction, and the company runs smoothly under her watchful care as Controller. Besides her passion for cooking, Tracy has enjoyed traveling, which has taken her to many of the far corners of the world.

Ryan Moffet
Ryan Moffet is the Vice President of Constructiv and DSI Construction. One of his many roles in Constructiv is developing professional relationships and supporting our AMAZING DIRTT Team! Although he spends much of his free time with his wife and attending their daughters’ sports activities, he still manages to be a force to be reckoned with on the golf course.

Erika Smith
Erika is our Industrialized Construction Specialist at Constructiv. She believes that future-proofing an interior is critical in meeting our client’s needs. In addition to serving as our industrialized construction specialist, Erika has evolved our offering into a holistic approach to achieving a highly functional interior space. Erika has a degree in interior design. Prior to entering the construction industry, she had a robust career as a designer, sales consultant, manufacturer’s representative, product specialist, and area sales director, all in the commercial furniture industry.

Hallie Miller
Hallie Miller is a designer for Constructiv. She is driven and eager to learn new things. She helps take the client's dreams and make them a reality. When she isn't designing, you can find her painting, hiking, or working on a craft. Besides being creative, Hallie loves to travel.

Aaron Mark
Aaron Mark is the Project Manager for Constructiv with 25 years of field experience as a carpenter. Aaron is dedicated to overseeing successful construction projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and project excellence. Outside of work Aaron is passionate about playing music, mountain biking and exploring nature through adventurous hikes.

Ethan Rowe
Ethan Rowe is the Construction Integrator at Constructiv. He is committed to bringing client visions to life through innovative solutions. With an Associates of Applied Science in Architectural Technology and three years of experience in the Architectural Industry, he has mastered CAD, Revit, construction drawings, and technical design. Ethan's enthusiasm for continuous learning and collaborative problem-solving drives him forward. Outside of work, he indulges in his passion for Chess, both online and in-person tournaments, and finds solace in nature, photography, and unwinding with a game of pool.
